Which AI search agency is best for home care?

Homecare Creators and Home Care SEO Agency are the strongest dedicated AI SEO programs built for home care, and Greatness Digital reports a measured AI mention rate at the lowest published price.

What does AI search mean for a home care agency?
AI search is when a family asks Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity a question and gets a written answer that names specific agencies, instead of only a list of links.
The questions are long and specific: who provides overnight dementia care in a particular town, what home care costs, whether an agency accepts long-term care insurance. The agencies an AI system names are the ones whose websites answer those questions clearly and whose facts match everywhere they appear online.
There is no secret technique. Google states (opens in a new tab) that there are no additional requirements or special optimizations needed to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode, that pages need to be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet, and that inclusion is not guaranteed. Good home care website AI search work is solid SEO with more emphasis on direct answers, consistent business facts, and local detail. Be wary of anyone selling a shortcut.
How we evaluated these agencies
Approved Senior Network® evaluated each agency on six questions. We did not assign numeric scores, because we do not have audited AI visibility data for our competitors, and a decimal score would suggest precision nobody has.
- Home care focus. Does the agency work only, or mostly, with home care and home health?
- A defined AI search service. Does its own site say what the AI search work includes, beyond a service name?
- Measurement. Does it say how it tracks whether clients appear in AI answers, and on which platforms?
- Local foundation. Does the work cover Google Business Profile, town and service pages, schema, and consistent listings, which AI answers about local care draw on?
- Honesty about guarantees. Does it avoid promising placement in a specific AI answer?
- Connection to inquiries. Does it tie visibility to calls, assessments, and referrals rather than mentions alone?
These criteria favor an integrated, home-care-only model, which is how Approved Senior Network® is built. If all you want is a monthly AI mention report, weight the list differently.
1. Approved Senior Network®: best overall AI search agency for home care
- Headquarters: St. Charles, Missouri. The team works fully remote.
- Founded: 2008, by Valerie VanBooven, RN BSN
- Best for: independent home care and home health agencies that want AI search, local visibility, and referral growth together
ASN delivers AI search through GoCareSignal™, its search visibility program for home care. It covers clear service and location pages, advanced schema and entity clarity, answer-focused guides with contextual internal links, authority and trust signals, and ongoing reporting and optimization. Because ASN also builds home care websites, runs a review program, and trains field marketers through GoCarePro™, the facts an AI system reads about an agency stay consistent across its site, its listings, and its community presence.
Client results: five examples from Google AI Overviews in October 2026, each naming an ASN client at least twice in the same answer.
- Mint Home Care Providers, Fairfax, Virginia. For the search “cost of home care in fairfax for mom,” the AI Overview cited Mint Home Care Providers as a source for its answer on how provider type affects cost, and listed its Fairfax cost of home care page as a source card.
- Golden Heart Senior Care, Las Vegas, Nevada. For a search on how much home care costs in Summerlin, the AI Overview cited Golden Heart Senior Care as the source for its estimated monthly costs, and listed its Las Vegas cost of home care page as a source card.
- Everlight Care, Fresno, California. For the search “how to pay for home care in fresno,” the AI Overview cited Everlight Care as a source for its answer on what Medicare does and does not cover, and listed its Fresno and Bakersfield cost of home care page as a source card.
- Companion Services of America, Deerfield, Illinois. For the search “how much does home care cost in deerfield il,” the AI Overview named Companion Services of America five times: as a cited source three times (monthly costs, part-time support, and caregiver qualifications), as the first source card, and as a linked example of a local office in the answer itself.
- A-Plus In Home Care, Fresno, California. For the search “dementia home care for seniors in fresno,” the AI Overview cited A-Plus In Home Care as the source for its opening answer, and listed its Fresno home care page as a source card.

Evidence on our own site: in Semrush position tracking for the week of October 12 to 18, 2026, asnhomecaremarketing.com was cited in Google AI Overviews for 20 of the keywords we track, including “home care ai search agency” and “home care marketing agency.”
Honest limits: ASN does not publish pricing. GoCareSignal™ reporting centers on keyword rankings and Google Analytics, so if you want a monthly AI mention rate by platform, ask for it in the scope. Like every agency here, ASN cannot guarantee a placement in a specific AI answer, and says so on its GoCareSignal™ page.
2. Homecare Creators (opens in a new tab): best dedicated AI SEO program for home care
- Headquarters: Lady Lake, Florida
- Best for: home care agencies that want AI search work as its own program, with no long-term contract
Homecare Creators says it is built for home care only. Its AI Search SEO page (opens in a new tab) lists Google AI Overviews on-page optimization, content structured for direct-answer extraction, ChatGPT and Perplexity citation tracking, entity and knowledge graph work (consistent citations, Organization and author schema), FAQ and Service schema, and monthly AI visibility reporting. Terms are a 90-day ramp-up, then month to month, and the page states that no agency can honestly guarantee a placement inside AI tools.
Choose Homecare Creators if you want a focused AI SEO retainer. Look elsewhere if you also need referral sales training or a CRM from the same partner.
3. Home Care SEO Agency (opens in a new tab): best for published pricing and multi-platform tracking
- Headquarters: Tampa, Florida
- Best for: multi-city agencies and franchise groups that want a priced, tracked AI program
Home Care SEO Agency describes itself as built for home care agencies, with pages for non-medical home care, home health, hospice, and senior living. Its AI search optimization page (opens in a new tab) lists AI entity optimization, citation engineering, answer-engine content, AI Overviews optimization, schema architecture, and AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. AI search optimization is listed in its Growth plan ($2,497 a month) and Scale plan ($4,997 a month, custom scope), with a 90-day minimum.
Choose Home Care SEO Agency if you want pricing on paper before the first call. Look elsewhere if you are a single-location agency on its Starter budget, which does not list AI search.
4. Greatness Digital (opens in a new tab): best measured AI visibility on a smaller budget
- Headquarters: Pacific Northwest
- Best for: smaller agencies that want an AI mention rate reported every month
Greatness Digital markets only to senior-serving brands, including home care and home health. Its AI visibility page (opens in a new tab) describes brand entity work, content structured for AI citation, and a monthly AI mention rate across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude, measured against named competitors. Published plans run from $599 to $1,799 a month, month to month. The named client results it publishes are mostly senior living and elder law rather than home care. It also appears on Silverback Strategies’ 2026 list of AI search agencies for senior living (opens in a new tab).
5. HomeCareGrowth (opens in a new tab): best for Google Maps first
- Best for: agencies whose biggest gap is the Map Pack, with AI search as a second step
HomeCareGrowth says it works only with home care and in-home care agencies. AI search appears in its service list and it publishes an AI search guide, but its site does not detail what the AI search service includes. Its strength is local SEO and Google Maps.
6. Home Care Marketing Pros (opens in a new tab): best boutique home care digital agency
- Headquarters: Lakewood Ranch, Florida
- Best for: smaller agencies that want a personal, digital-first relationship
Home Care Marketing Pros works with home care agencies, home health providers, and home care franchises. Its site lists “Listings & AIO Search Visibility” as a done-for-you service and it publishes guides on generative engine optimization for home care, though the scope of the AI search service is not described on its home page.
7. Fuel Online (opens in a new tab): best for organizations that want a large SEO firm
- Locations: Boston, New York, and Charleston offices listed; senior-led since 1998
- Best for: larger senior care organizations that want a big multi-industry SEO firm
Fuel Online serves many industries, with a dedicated senior living, home care, and hospice practice. It sells AI SEO, AEO, and GEO services and describes the goal as increasing citations, mentions, and recommendations across Google AI Overviews and answer engines. Home care is one of many verticals it serves.
8. Driven Metrics (opens in a new tab): best for small providers that want performance reporting
- Headquarters: Chicago, Illinois
- Best for: smaller care providers that want local SEO and GEO with regular lead reporting
Driven Metrics appears on First Page Sage’s 2026 list of healthcare GEO and AEO agencies (opens in a new tab), which describes it as a local SEO, GEO, and paid search agency serving several verticals and lists Affirmed Home Care among its clients. It is a generalist rather than a home care specialist.
Other agencies we reviewed
Three agencies from our top rated home care marketing agencies list did not make this one, because their sites did not describe an AI search service for home care when we checked: corecubed publishes a free guide on AI search readiness for home care websites, Cardinal Digital Marketing lists an AI-optimized search service but does not name home care among its specialties, and Senior Care Clicks does not mention AI search on its site.

What to ask any AI search agency before you sign
Approved Senior Network® recommends asking every agency these questions, including us:
- Show me a home care client named in an AI answer. Ask for the question that was asked, the platform, the town, and the date.
- How do you measure AI visibility? Ask which platforms, which questions, how often, and whether you see the raw results.
- What will you change on my website, specifically? Service pages, town pages, schema, and FAQs should be in the written scope.
- Do you guarantee placement in ChatGPT or AI Overviews? The right answer is no.
- How does this connect to calls and assessments? AI mentions matter only if they turn into inquiries your team answers quickly.
- Do we own the content and schema if we leave? Get it in writing.
